Vibrascapes
The “Left-Right Vibrascape” series was born of necessity after Gregor broke his right (painting) wrist and began experimenting with his left hand during the long recovery, which led to a far looser, bold new style.
“His latest paintings, which he calls “Vibrascapes,” bring a strong gestural energy with rich and powerful color into a very direct and immediate shaping of space and emotion, extending his expressive range into new territory. I see them as a synthesis of all the facets of his life’s work.”
